Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major credit cards excluding american express. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order.Any refunds will be made in the same manner the payment was received.You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All products are inspected for quality purposes before shipping.All products are new and unplayed unless otherwise stated.
Shipping And Handling
You can choose which method of shipping you prefer when in the store checkout.There is a recorded delivery option for U.K. customers for which there is a 72 pence surcharge included in the shipping price.

The shipping charges are made according to the total weight of the parcel being sent and includes the cost of the packaging.

Shipping is divided into three zones according to the delivery address.These are: United Kingdom, Europe and Rest of the world.

Therefore shipping charges to North America/Rest of the world will be more expensive than those to the United Kingdom or Europe.

We do not charge a handling fee.

Delivery Schedule
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days.In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or fails to pass quality control you will be contacted without delay.

You will be notified by e.mail when your order is shipped.U.K. orders are normally delivered in 1 to 3 business days, European orders are normally delivered in 3 to 10 business days and North America/Rest of the world orders are normally delivered in 10 to 21 days.In many cases the actual delivery time may be sooner.

If your order does not arrive within the time scales listed above please do not hesitate to contact us.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event your item is not in stock then we will order in another copy for you.You will be notified in the event of this happening via e.mail as it will delay the shipping of your order.
Tax Charges
All prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T. (value added tax) and are payable by customers ordering from within the U.K. or the European union.All orders from outside these two zones are V.A.T. exempt and will have the V.A.T. deducted during the checkout procedure.
Credit Card Security
We do not collect payment information ourselves and offer two methods for online payment: Paypal and Protx.

If you choose to use paypal you will need to have a paypal account and make payments to website@adrians.co.uk.You are protected by all the usual paypal guarantees.

Protx is our preferred payment service provider and offers a secure encrypted gateway (128 bit key length) between us and your bank.Protx can process multi currency orders alongside all major credit cards with the exception of American Express which is not accepted.Protx is one of the most advanced service providers in the industry using state of the art technologies and have been operating since 1995.

In order to guarantee privacy Protx assures that they will:

-Never pass your financial details to us or any third party
-Never pass any personal data to a third party.We only recieve your shipping address and a confirmation of payment email.
-Never exploit your personal details in any manner.

Our checkout system is also secure and is handled through our shared secured server provided by Comodo Ltd.

Guarantee
We are committed to good customer service and satisfaction.You may return any goods for refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery so long as we receive notice of your intention to do so within 7 days of receiving the goods.

All items are inspected prior to dispatch and we will notify you of any problems before dispatch.

Please note that we do NOT buy in previously played vinyls or give valuations. We advise customers wishing to guage the value of a record in their posession to check for valuation specialists in Record Collector magazine. We do however trade in used CD's and DVD's, you are most welcome to contact us regarding rates.
