About Adrians Records

Adrians Records started trading in 1969 selling vinyl records on various market stalls around Essex and via mail order all over the world.From there Adrians moved into a small shop above the market in Wickford, Essex and now occupies a much larger store in the High Street, Wickford.The picture on the right shows the store above the market some time in the late seventies.

The store currently stocks over 30,000 different CD titles and 10,000 different DVD titles as well as boasting one of the largest vinyl ranges in the country.Being a specialist music and DVD store we stock a very wide range of genres from pop to jazz and from rock to classical.

Our online store consists mainly of vinyl records but over the coming months we will be adding our entire store catalogue to the online store.All the items listed in our online store are BRAND NEW and UNPLAYED unless otherwise stated and each item sold has a quality inspection before dispatch.

If we don't have what you're looking for listed in our online catalogue it's always worth contacting us to see if it's stocked in our high street store.Our motto has always been: "If you can't get it at Adrians you probably won't get it anywhere!".

Our stock

All of our stock is BRAND NEW and UNPLAYED (unless otherwise stated in the product description) and goes through a quality inspection before dispatch.

Please bear in mind however that not all record companies shrinkwrap or seal their releases and that as we are also a high street record shop much of our vinyl is removed from the sleeve and stored separately to prevent theft.

You may also be wondering how we can have brand new and unplayed copies of records that are 10, 20 or 30 or more years old.This is because we have been trading for nearly 40 years and are constantly discovering hidden gems in our large warehouse!!
